Alas, it looks like I am down the last handful of photos worth sharing.  I think I will try to do another post or two on final thoughts and share the SPOT Adventures track, but no more still photography. I can't believe that this blog is approaching 30 posts, and nearly 150 photos worth sharing.  I guess Bruce and my "keep" rate is improving.  However, in a place as majestic as Ecuador it seems tough to screw up a photo that bad.

I usually try to write the ride reports in 'real time'. On this trip, it just wasn't possible.  I was worried that I might lose the moment, but honestly it's been fun to right it up a little a time hindsight too.  I always marvel at how many riders can take the same journey, and yet so many different photos and experiences get memorialized.  The stats on this web page have been really remarkable, thanks for taking the time to join us virtually.  Please let us know how the new format worked for you, and any feedback you have.  Hope to see you on the trail sometime too!

We do have a bit of Go Pro video, but we sure are lacking a good vid editor around these parts.  So, cross your fingers it gets done, but maybe not.

Sometimes your opinions change for the worse after you sit back and soak up all the random thoughts.  Not in this case.  I would certainly consider another Freedom Bike tour and hope to make Ecuador a location on the regular rotation.    However, so many places, and so little time.  I need to retire soon!
A big thanks to Court, you made this all possible!

Before we leave Ecuador, we need to add some pizazz to this place!

Meanwhile, at the airport we find this gem of a sticker to add to our collection

And who doesn't love a happy ending, Ecuador Milk products at the end of a long journey.
