Day 3 Photos (Maryland to Matagami Leg)

We tromped through Ottawa a warp speed, however, we are now conniving to take a long 3-4 weekend and coming back just to play here. Maybe RTE-Canada

The border crossing was easy:

The next (mandatory) stop was "Timmies'

I don't know how they do it, but the patrons are always a delight. Here we get some intel about the looong stretch on RT117. One guy assures us that gas will be no issue, and he was dead on.

Flower time:

All photos on the highway look the same

Routes following rivers are always nice

We do see a sign for a covered bridge, but we have no time to dally. But, after we wiz by the bridge we realize that is was no more that 750M off the main road and looked to be fabulously restored.

About 10 hours later, we see another sign for one. This time however, it's 4KM off the track down a dirt road, and needs a paint job. It was neat to ride through it though, the floor was somewhat bowed.

Actually a fun day all told!
